An e-ticket is an A4 ticket that you can print out yourself once you have paid for your purchase.
WHY CHOOSE E-TICKET?
- You don't have to pay for a ticket delivery, wait for a postman, or spend time going to the box office.
E-TICKET PRINTING CONDITIONS
- The customer receives the e-ticket as a PDF (Portable Document Format) document. To open and print it, you'll need the free Adobe Reader software, a PDF document reader available on the Adobe website at www.adobe.com.
- You need a printer that can print A4 size pages. It can be black and white or colored. Printing technology doesn't matter.
- The text of the e-ticket and the bar codes must be clearly visible. A partially printed E-ticket (page, incomplete letters and barcodes) is considered invalid.
E-TICKET SECURITY
- To avoid being in an awkward position, observe the following:
- Do not store the E-ticket PDF document file on your computer. You can get your E-ticket at any time at www.bilesuparadize.lv in "Your Purchases" section
- Avoid e-ticket prints and PDF documents from falling into foreign hands.
- When purchasing an E-ticket, the name and address of the owner of the E-ticket - the user - must be specified. The user of the e-ticket must present an identity document * at the request of the control service when attending the event.
- * Identity document is any document bearing: Photo and personal identification number.
- ** The control services of the Latvian National Opera, the Dailes Theater and the Latvian National Theater are provided with bar code readers. No authorization is required for E-ticket users.
HOW TO BUY E-TICKET?
- In cases where you cannot print the E-ticket at once, first save it on your computer and then try to print it again as a saved document.
- Attention! Please do not confuse invoice with E-ticket!

TERMS OF USE OF E-TICKET IN SMARTPHONE
- You can open your E-ticket on your smartphone at any time, in the customized m.bilesuparadize.lv section under "My Tickets". The text, bar code (QR code) of the e-ticket must be clearly visible. A ticket displayed on a smartphone that has a damaged (partially damaged) screen is considered invalid. The e-ticket must be presented at the event.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STORING E-TICKET IN SMARTPHONE
- You can save your E-ticket on your smartphone for later display without online (internet connection). To save your E-Ticket on your Smartphone, open the E-Ticket for the event (at m.bilesuparadize.lv, under "My Tickets") and click on the icon
below the barcode below to choose to save your ticket on your smartphone. - With Apple iPhone smartphones (starting with the iPhone 4s), you will find a ticket in the Passbook that is already installed on the smartphone.
- Use your Pass2U Wallet for Passbook (download - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.passesalliance.wallet) to save your ticket when using an Android phone (starting with Android 4.4.2) ), or one that supports .pkpass files.
- For Windows Phone (starting with Windows Phone OS 8.1), use Passbook Converter software (download - http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/store/app/passbook-converter/d4009dff-29d6-4a41-a05e-6247f15144f7) or one that supports .pkpass files.
